Heart Pine School

Heart Pine School is the natural outgrowth of Morning Meadow Preschool & Kindergarten and Tall Pines Homeschool Group. The Waldorf inspired curriculum has a variety of academic offerings that includes handwriting, reading, arithmetic, science, history, storytelling and foreign language.

Heart Pine School is being built by teachers and parents that believe a child’s earliest years in school set the tone for lifelong learning. We feel that Waldorf education meets a child where he is: in his body and in his heart – as well as in his mind.

Waldorf Initiative of Gainesville, Fl

The Waldorf Initiative of Gainesville (formerly known as Friends of Morning Meadow) is a not-for-profit organization that supports Waldorf education in north-central Florida. The Waldorf Initiative of Gainesville (TWIG) does not operate either of the Waldorf-based schools in Gainesville; its mission is to support and raise funds for the advancement of both Morning Meadow Preschool and Heart Pine Elementary.
